Our Cancellation Policies for Private classes are very similar to that of other studios....
After all, we couldn't have teachers coming down here and waiting for no shows....
and we certainly wouldn't want to hold a spot for you that could have been given to someone
else.
Our refund policies are also very similar to that of other studios....
Starting March, we will continue to keep our group class prices as low as they were (we
actually lowered them last year), but to do this we are eliminating the option of only paying
for 3 weeks out of a 4 week class; or 4 weeks out of a 5 week class...
After all, you're still getting the same information and catching up to the others even if
you miss one class.... so the price should be the same.
THERE IS NO REFUND OR CREDIT for classes paid for and missed. However, if we
have to cancel a class due to snow or inclement weather or anything else that may be a safety
issue.... THERE WILL BE A MAKEUP CLASS or you will receive credit for that class toward
another class.... there is no refund of money.
If WE cancel a whole class due to low enrollment, then there will be a full refund or you
can apply it to another class, of course.

REFUND POLICY
PRIVATE LESSONS and PRIVATE GROUP LESSONS POLICY
Lessons must be paid for 1 week before start of lesson.
In the case of packages (more than 1 lesson), ½ must be paid for one week before your first lesson,
with the balance being paid the night of the first lesson.
If you need to Cancel your lesson….
If your lesson is after 6:00 p.m.,
you must cancel by 6:00 p.m. the night before to receive full credit, or by 8 a.m. the morning of your
lesson to receive partial credit.
If you have a daytime lesson…
you must cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson begins to receive full credit, anything within 24
hours and you will receive only partial credit.
