Week 2: Crimp Your Style
Crimpin' ain't easy. (Actually, it is, and I'll show you just how simple it really is to make jewelry using this fun technique.) Make a pretty bracelet and a "floating" necklace. Emphasis is on tool use and technique.
Week 3: Wrap It Up
Just when you thought your wrapping days were over until next year, this class comes along. Learn how to create wire-wrapped bead links for a 1920s-style chain necklace, and then learn another wire-wrapping variation to create a crystal briolette pendant. Emphasis is on tool use and technique.
Week 4: Construction Zone
No hard hats required! Using the techniques learned in the previous classes, create a unique statement necklace of your own design. (Beads, findings, and an assortment of chain and other accents will be provided in class.) Emphasis is on technique application and design concepts.
