SUMMER 2009 EXERCISE CLASS STATUS:

 

Monday – General Line Dancing and Low Impact Aerobics – 6:45 – 7:45 pm – (Coming Back in September )

 

Tuesday – Core Aerobics Workout – starting in August  – 6:45 - 7:45  pm  

 

Wednesday – Belly Dance for Fun and Fitness - 6:45 - 7:45  pm . (RUNNING AS SCHEDULED)

 

Thursday – Zumba/Latin Aerobics Workout – 6:45 – 7:45 pm (Coming back in September)

 

Friday – Belly Dance Techniques – 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. – starts in September.

 

Saturday – Dance Aerobics (various) – 10 a.m.  – 11 a.m.

 

Saturday – Belly Dance for Fun and Fitness – 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
