ZUMBA (Latin Aerobics) - medium to high impact
Belly Dance Aerobics - this is a high energy workout, with low impact on legs,
as most movements are controlled through the center.
General Line Dancing - low impact
Line Dancing is generally a lower-impact type of course using mostly lower body
movements, where an Aerobics class would use more upper body as well.
