We offer many forms of exercise classes including Belly Dance Aerobics for Fun and Fitness, Zumba, and more....
Our belly dance classes have really taken off, so we've expanded the days and times of the classes... we've also added a Belly Dance Techniques class, and a new Tribal Basics Class.
Our Dance Aerobics Workout class can include anything from Sweatin' to Oldies, to Hip Hop Abs, to Core Rhythms, to Latin Moves and Techniques to Kick Boxing, to any kind of fun dancing... it's a medium to high-impact aerobics workout. click link below to find out more about all our exercise classes.
Our General Line Dancing class is a low-medium impact workout with some Easy Moves Aerobics from time to time. The dances include anything from Waltz - to Latin - to Country - to Hustle.... great, easy workout.
