Belly Dance Aerobics for Fun and Fitness, Zumba, and more....

Our belly dance classes have really taken off, so we've expanded the days
and times of the classes... w
e plan to add more techniques classes,
Bollywood, and Tribal Dancing in the future

Our Dance Aerobics Workout class can include anything from Sweatin' to
Oldies, to Hip Hop Abs, to Core Rhythms, to Latin Moves and Techniques
to Kick Boxing, to any kind of fun dancing... it's a medium to high-impact

Our General Line Dancing class is a low-medium impact workout with
some Easy Moves Aerobics from time to time.   The dances include anything
from Waltz - to Latin - to Country - to Hustle.... great, easy workout.
