Belly Dancing is a fun way to tone up, gain flexibility,
and strengthen muscles.
It’s an aerobic workout which incorporates isometrics and isotonics….
Wow…. You’ll be surprised at how easy this is…
And… you’ll be learning real belly dance moves.
Hip scarves are nice, but not necessary.
Bring a comfortable ballet-slipper type of shoe and a towel.
We do have scarves and other items available for sale at a discounted rate.
