Belly Dance Classes and
Aerobic Workouts. These will truly tone up your midriff,
tighten your arms, and give you a fun workout. The beginner and advanced
beginner classes will concentrate more on perfecting steps and technique, where
the aerobics workouts will be learning a routine and dancing it right away. I
highly recommend taking both classes for the ultimate belly dance workout….
Belly Dance Techniques Classes. This is for those of you who really want to concentrate on learning the moves correctly… less concentration on aerobics… this is still going to be a workout and you’re concentrating your energies into isolating and undulating muscles…..

Simply
Simple Exercises. Open to everyone…. Lots of stretches and lunges… simple
exercises with good results… Remember the way we used to exercise? A few
jumping jacks here and there, and some waist bends…. Well, let’s get back to
some of those basic, simple moves.

General Line Dancing and Easy Moves Aerobics These classes are a low to medium impact workout. Great variety of steps, dances, and patterns… We will dance to all types of music from Waltz to Country…. In Line Dancing we don’t do too much with arms, but it’s a good way to still get exercise without too much exertion. Great for someone trying to get back into exercising again. Occasionally we’ll throw in an easy moves aerobics, just for fun.

Dance Aerobics and Core/Abs and Butt Workouts. These are both great workout classes using medium-high impacts. Dance Aerobics is more of the traditional style aerobics we all know and love. We’ll be using the arms a lot and going at a med to fast pace and add a lot of great dance routines to all kinds of great songs from the oldies to today’s great dance music.
The Core/Ab Workouts class is going to seriously concentrate on your mid section with lots of great medium to high impact moves including some hip hop, bollywood and anything else to tighten up that mid-section or tighten up those butt muscles….who wants a loose butt? Or a bulging stomach?

Zumba/Latin Moves Aerobics.
This is another type of medium to high impact aerobics
consisting of mostly Latin, reggaetown, hip hop, and more. The class will vary
teachers so you may get some Zumba, and you may get real Latin moves that you
can actually use in your dancing!! Either way, you’ll be getting a good
aerobic workout to great Latin music. *************************************************
Pilates / Stretch & Tone The Pilates Method of body conditioning will help to promote physical harmony, balance and conditioning. A total workout you won’t get from other exercises alone. Stretch and Tone is similar to a Pilates’ workout but with a bit more of a workout.
